New Beginnings...

We have had quite the interesting and extended goodbye from this Hawaiian tour, but are finally within a month or returning to the mainland.  After looking online at homes for over 2 years in three different cities, we put in an offer on this one last week and it was accepted...shockingly with NO counter.  It is not ours until the closing date, but all things are moving ahead smoothly so far.  I am super excited to be in my own home again and will immediately be making some cosmetic changes to the interior, and adding color to the landscape...I will blog about that and post pics along the way if I do continue on here.  I apologize to those of you who are faithful to follow me here....I have not been diligent to find a replacement for google reader so I will have to address how to keep up with you guys moving forward.  I am open to suggestions :0).  Also, I have taken some time away from being so active online to re-evaluate what that looks like for me. I hope to revive my blog, but to be more transparent and inclusive into all the things that I love about being a wife, mother, homemaker and aspiring artist.  It is always a supreme effort for me to be concise and winsome while not compromising the truth of the gospel which is the most important aspect of my life, heart and art.  The one thing I know for sure is that the blessings and trials of this life are always ebbing and flowing, but the peace of God is the constant joy that sustains all who have put their faith in Christ.  I pray that you are enjoying His grace and peace today.  Thanks for stopping by!

As for google reader going away, I'd suggest bloglovin. A lot of bloggers are using that and following other blogs now with it. Here's a link http://www.bloglovin.com/
